Cost estimate

ECI provides you a cost estimate, which is based on the health information you provide, your medical data available to us and recommendations provided by the doctor. The cost is estimated based on the recommended medical procedures and treatment and other services detailed in, such as travel, accommodations, assistance, amenities, recuperative holiday, etc.

Upon reaching your treatment destination and having direct consultation with your doctor, you or your representative and your doctor may together agree on any additional treatments or procedures not detailed in the cost estimate. You may also avail of additional services or travel not originally planned and not detailed in your itinerary and cost estimate. You agree that under no circumstances will ECI be held responsible towards the provision of or payment for any additional treatment or services not detailed in your itinerary and cost estimate. Under no circumstances will ECI be held liable towards such additional treatment and services or any issues that may arise from them.

Schedule for payment

ECI provides a preliminary cost estimate. Participants are required to sign the agreement and provide

(i) evidence of availability of sufficient funds, or

(ii) letter of preapproval from the financier as source for your medical travel.

Participants are required to deposit 50% of the estimated cost as an initial deposit no later than six weeks prior to departure. ECI will make the necessary reservations and arrangement only after collecting the initial deposit. This initial deposit is non-refundable.

The balance amount on the estimated cost i.e. the remaining 50% of the estimated cost needs to be deposited no later than two weeks prior to departure. ECI can confirm all reservations and secure all services only after the entire balance amount is collected.
