It is preferable in many ways that you travel with a companion – a family member or close friend. However, we understand that the demands of real life do not always make this possible. If you travel alone ECI associates can help you in many ways to support you and ensure your comfort.

You may choose to have a personal assistant keep track of your schedule and accompany you to your medical tests and appointments. If you may prefer, a personal assistant can accompany and support you through your stay.

In addition to a personal assistant, ECI can provide following service features:

• To help you stay in touch with your family and friends at home, you can have a cell-phone activated with pre-paid calling cards. There will be a phone in your hospital room with international calling features.
• Our staff communicates fluently in English. If you have preference for a language other than English, we offer interpreters for many different languages.
• Upon your request, we will make arrangements or reservations for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, cultural activities, a recuperative holiday and tourism services. Exclusive Care international and its affiliates have entered into exclusive arrangements with some of the best hotels, restaurants, clubs, holiday resorts and guided tours. We offer you a wide gamut of services from tourism and vacation packages to traditional Indian rejuvenation packages at wholesale rates.
• Our trained assistant/s will accompany you to all of your medical appointments. After your procedure, we arrange for transfer to your hotel, service apartment or resort for recuperation. Your assistant will continue to be available at all times.
