It is preferable that you travel with a companion – a family member or close friend. However, we understand that this may not always be possible. If you travel alone, ECI can help you in many ways to support you and ensure your comfort.

You may choose to have a personal assistant keep track of your schedule and accompany you to your medical tests and appointments. If you prefer, a personal assistant shall accompany and support you throughout your stay.

In addition to a personal assistant, ECI can provide the following service features:

• To help you stay in touch with your family and friends at home, we shall arrange for a cell-phone.
• Our staff communicates fluently in English. If you have preference for a language other than English, we offer interpreters for many different languages.
• Upon your request, we can make arrangements or reservations for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, cultural activities, recuperative holiday and tourism services. We offer you a wide gamut of services from tourism and vacation packages to traditional Indian rejuvenation packages at wholesale rates.
• Our trained assistant(s) will accompany you to all of your medical appointments. After your procedure, we arrange for transfer to your hotel, service apartment or resort for recuperation. Your assistant will continue to be available at all times.
